School Nursing
Our school nursing team work closely with GPs and Health Visitors to ensure that our children are happy and heathy in school. As well as offering vision checks in Reception, height and weight measures in Reception and Year 6 and immunisations throughout the year, the team offer bespoke support for a wide range of needs including:
- Healthy lifestyles such as support for sleep, growth and dental health
- Bladder and bowel concerns
- Health issues impacting on school attendance
- School transition support
- Bereavement support
