Children in Need

Thank you to everybody who helped raise an amazing £2,800 for the BBC’s Children in Need appeal.

Our pupils had fun taking part in a sponsored walk around the school field and through the woodland wildlife outdoor classroom area.

Assistant Principal and organiser Mrs Portlock said: “The children did brilliantly, completing hundreds of laps of the field.

“The whole school took part and we are grateful to our families and wider community for the fantastic support.

“Thank you also to our staff for their efforts and encouraging the children along the way.

“It was amazing to raise £2,800 and know our contribution will help children and their families locally as well as across the UK.”
